Short Version

Integra is a personal logging app that is free to download, with logging features unlocked by Integra Pro after onboarding. Integra Pro is purchased through the App Store as either an annual auto-renewable subscription or a lifetime unlock, managed by RevenueCat on top of StoreKit 2. There is no Integra account, no developer-operated server that stores or processes your log content, no advertising SDK, no cross-app tracking, no email collection, and no AI assistant integration.

Your log is stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, in your private iCloud database. The developer cannot log in to, read, export, sell, or delete your log.

Integra does collect a small amount of content-free, EU-hosted usage analytics (which features are used, how often), plus always-on crash and performance reports. This never includes your log entries, notes, or any text you type. Analytics is on by default with notice and can be switched off anytime in Settings → Privacy & Data or from the paywall gate's DATA link; in Germany and Austria and when your region cannot be determined, Integra asks you first and collects nothing until you allow it. See "Analytics & Crash Reporting" below.

What You May Store

Integra lets you create log entries and custom templates. Depending on what you choose to type, that data may include personal or health-related information such as medication names, supplements, caffeine, symptoms, notes, durations, doses, or other numeric attributes.

The app does not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, HealthKit data, advertising identifier, or device identifier.

Where Data Is Stored

Apple operates iCloud, CloudKit, APNs, StoreKit, MetricKit, and the App Store. Apple's privacy policy is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

What We Collect

The developer never collects your log content. Your entries, custom templates, notes, and any text or numbers you type stay on your device and in your private iCloud database, and are never sent to us.

Integra does collect content-free, coarse usage analytics and crash/performance reports, described under "Analytics & Crash Reporting" below. Purchase and entitlement handling is described under "Purchases & Entitlements" below. Integra does not include Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, advertising networks, attribution SDKs, social SDKs, or App Tracking Transparency / IDFA access.

Purchases & Entitlements

Integra Pro is unlocked through App Store in-app purchases: an annual auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices, free-trial availability, and plan presentation are read from live RevenueCat offerings and may vary by App Store storefront or A/B experiment.

Purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives and processes purchase/customer data needed for entitlement management, such as an anonymous app user ID, transaction and purchase information, country, and device/app metadata. We use this only to grant, restore, and maintain the pro entitlement. We do not receive your Apple ID password, full payment card details, or log content, and we do not create an Integra account or collect your email address.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

To fix bugs and understand which features are worth keeping, Integra sends a small amount of content-free usage data to PostHog, hosted in the European Union (eu.i.posthog.com). Integra contains no third-party analytics SDK — events are sent to PostHog through a relay we operate, which strips your IP address before forwarding.

Two-branch design (how we minimize data by region). Our relay reads the country of the request and routes it down one of two branches:

Consent and your choice. Analytics is on by default in most regions, with this notice and the App Store privacy label serving as disclosure, and a one-tap opt-out always available in Settings → Privacy & Data and from the paywall gate's DATA link. In Germany and Austria, and when the app cannot determine your region, Integra shows a consent prompt and collects nothing until you tap Allow. Turning analytics off stops all product events and forgets any stored identifier.

Coarse and content-free. We send counts and simple flags — for example, that a log was created, which surface it came from (app, watch, widget, Siri), whether it used a built-in or custom type, that onboarding finished, that the paywall was shown or dismissed, that a purchase completed for the annual or lifetime plan, or that a milestone was reached. We never send your log entries, type names, notes, doses, amounts, prices, transaction identifiers, or any text you type.

Crash & performance (always on). Aggregate crash and performance reports are gathered through Apple's MetricKit (crash counts, hang counts, app/OS version) and forwarded anonymously through the same relay. These contain no personal content, create no persistent identifier, and are sent regardless of the analytics opt-out, because they exist only to keep the app stable (legitimate interest).

Sub-processors. Cloudflare, Inc. (relay transport), PostHog (EU hosting of content-free analytics), RevenueCat (purchase and entitlement management), and Apple (iCloud, CloudKit, App Store, StoreKit, MetricKit delivery).

Permissions

Integra does not request access to Location, Camera, Microphone, Photos, Contacts, Calendar, Reminders, HealthKit, Motion, Bluetooth, or cross-app tracking. Integra uses iCloud for sync. It can also request optional notification permission for local reminders.

Notifications

Integra can schedule optional local reminders based on your own logging patterns, such as an item you usually log around a similar time. This learning happens on device. Reminder content is scheduled through Apple's local notification system and is not sent to the developer.

Export

You can export your log to CSV from Settings. The CSV export is generated locally on your device and includes entry timestamps, item names, notes, icon/color fields, and numeric attributes. You can also export a full local JSON backup that includes entries, custom templates, and home-screen template layout settings.

Share Links

Integra can create local integra://share?d=... links when you choose to share a day's log. These links are generated on your device and may include selected entries' timestamps, item names, notes, icon/color fields, and numeric attributes. Anyone you send a share link to can read and import the entries contained in that link, so only share links with people you trust.

Deleting Data

Because the developer does not operate a log server and cannot access your iCloud private database, the developer cannot delete your log on your behalf. The analytics described above are content-free; aggregate-branch events are unlinkable, and rest-of-world events use only an app-scoped pseudonymous identifier that is forgotten when analytics is turned off.

Medical Disclaimer

Integra is a personal logging tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication guidance, or a medical device. Do not use Integra as the only basis for a health decision. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing medications, supplements, treatments, routines, or care plans.

Children

Integra does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Data entered into the app remains on the device and in the user's private iCloud account.

Changes

If Integra's data practices change, this policy will be updated and the date above will change.
